What I learnt in 2021
I can’t believe I am starting a new business at 35. There are so many firsts in this. First time building a tech company. First time working with co founders.
And also first time building a business I WANTED TO BUILD and that MY CUSTOMERS WANT ME TO BUILD. I am screaming this because I have failed a lot. I have built companies based on what customers want and not what I want or have done the reverse and built it based on what I want and not what my customer wants. I have finally found the formula. And it aligns with my personal mission. It’s all is sitting with me nicely. I am getting energy from it. I think about it all the time, and I am excited. But after all is said and done this is what I learnt what I want to do more of in 2022 and less of based off this year.
Do more of:
Building in collaboration and never again solo
Trust my gut and intuition
Let go and not push or resist things, if it doesn’t flow I don’t want it
Be kinder to myself
Take more solo trips as a mental break and to feel more independent and free
Do less of:
Feeling guilty for neglecting mom duties or work duties
Eating crap food
Micro manage (though I have come along way)
Feeling guilty for being me. All of me.
I am excited to keep revealing what I am working on with Playbook and meanwhile you can do some reading here on the our site and sign up to our waitlist!
